Subject: Notice of Management Company Transition Effective May 31, 2026
Dear Homeowners,
The Board of Directors would like to inform you of an important update regarding our community’s management services. During the Board meeting held on March 4, 2026, the Board voted to terminate our contract with Premier Management, effective May 31, 2026.
After evaluating several management firms and considering the needs of our community, the Board also voted to approve a new contract with Empire Management, which will begin immediately upon the conclusion of our agreement with Premier Management.
Empire Management comes with strong experience managing communities of similar size and structure to ours. As our new property management partner, Empire will support the Board and residents by coordinating essential functions such as:
Financial management and budgeting, including collection of assessments and preparation of monthly financial reports
Maintenance coordination, including vendor oversight, common-area repairs, and project scheduling
Covenant enforcement, ensuring consistent application of community guidelines
Resident communication, including notices, updates, and support for homeowner inquiries
Board meeting support, such as preparing agendas, records, and meeting materials
Administrative and recordkeeping services, including maintaining association documents and compliance records
We will share additional information—including new contact details, transition timelines, and any changes to homeowner processes—as we move closer to the transition date.

Bent Tree HOA is pleased to announce our 2026 assessments of $325.00 was approved by the Board of Directors as quarterly payments of $81.25, due on the 1st of each quarter. Any payments made after the 15th day of each quarter is considered late and subject to additional fees and collection efforts. Every homeowner must pay their fair share and abide by our Legal Documents to help keep our assessments down. As a homeowner you may access your Homeowner account through Premier's portal at Premier Portal.
Architectural Review Committee All exterior improvements/changes must be pre approved by the ARC. ARC request forms are located on our website at www.benttreehoa.org. You can submit requests through your Vantica portal as well. The ARC voted on approved exterior house colors. you can find those colors at https://www.sherwin williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore colors/hoa/clermont/fl/bent-tree/ This information is on our website.
Bent Tree HOA is always looking for homeowners wanting to volunteer on one of our committees. The time commitment can be as little or as much as your schedule permits, the only requirement is to attend 1-2 hour meetings every other month and to read and understand our documents, but we offer training so please do not let lack of experience keep you away.
