Bent Tree HOA is pleased to announce our 2026 assessments of $325.00 was approved by the Board of Directors as quarterly payments of $81.25, due on the 1st of each quarter. Any payments made after the 15th day of each quarter is considered late and subject to additional fees and collection efforts. Every homeowner must pay their fair share and abide by our Legal Documents to help keep our assessments down. As a homeowner you may access your Homeowner account through Empire Management's portal at
Architectural Review Committee All exterior improvements/changes must be pre approved by the ARC. ARC request forms are located on our website at www.benttreehoa.org. You can submit requests through your Vantica portal as well. The ARC voted on approved exterior house colors. you can find those colors at https://www.sherwin williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore colors/hoa/clermont/fl/bent-tree/ This information is on our website.
Bent Tree HOA is always looking for homeowners wanting to volunteer on one of our committees. The time commitment can be as little or as much as your schedule permits, the only requirement is to attend 1-2 hour meetings every other month and to read and understand our documents, but we offer training so please do not let lack of experience keep you away.
